Billing & Invoices

If you switch from the Free Plan to a paid plan, your billing cycle will begin immediately, and the charge will be made on the same day the subscription starts.

If you change your billing cycle (e.g., from monthly to annual) while on a paid plan, the system will schedule the change and charge the new billing amount 7 days before the scheduled billing date. The actual payment is processed on the scheduled billing date.

With the Pro Plan, you can choose between monthly and annual billing cycles. The total amount and billing schedule differ based on your selection.

• Annual billing offers a 25% discount compared to monthly billing.

• Plans automatically renew every month or every year, depending on your selection.

Annual Plan Example

If you subscribe on January 28, 2026, your next renewal will occur on January 28, 2027.

Monthly Plan Example

If you subscribe on January 28, 2026, your next renewal will occur on February 28, 2026.

To check your current plan, upcoming plan, and issued invoices:

1. Go to the Murfy Dashboard.

2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

3. Select Subscription.

4. In the Subscription Management section, you’ll see details of your current and scheduled plans under Plan Management.

5. Scroll down to the Invoices section to view issued invoices.

6. Click on any invoice to download or view the receipt for the corresponding payment.
