If you wish to request a refund, please send an email to Murfy support (admin@murfy.ai) using the email address associated with your Murfy account within 7 days from the subscription start date (by midnight on the 7th day).
A full refund is only available if the total compilation time used on the account does not exceed 30 minutes after subscribing to a paid plan.
“Total compilation time” refers to the accumulated time spent running actual compilations after subscribing to a paid plan. This information is not displayed to users, but it can be verified by the Murfy support team.
If you’re currently subscribed to the Pro plan and start using the Enterprise plan, the following refund policy applies:
You are eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining time of your Pro plan subscription, calculated on a pro-rated basis.
To subscribe to the Enterprise plan, you must first cancel your Pro plan and request a refund before proceeding with the new subscription.
