For organization-level users, Murfy provides Enterprise subscription codes.
By entering a code provided by your organization, you can subscribe to the Enterprise plan without going through a separate payment process.
Please follow the steps below.
In the Murfy Dashboard, click your
profile picturein the top right corner.Click
Redeem codein the Subscription menu.Enter the invitation code you received via email from your organization, then click
Redeem.Once the code is successfully registered, you will be redirected to the
Subscription managementpage, wherea confirmation message will indicate that the Enterprise plan has been activated.
After registration is complete, you can use all Enterprise Plan features without any additional payment.
Each code can be used only once and is valid only for the invitation code sent via your organization’s email.
Invalid or expired codes cannot be registered.
If you are currently subscribed to the Pro plan, please switch to the Starter plan before registering the code.
Please check the inbox of the email address that your organization used to invite you.
If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folders as well.
If you still can’t find it, please contact your organization admin.
Please double-check whether your current subscription is the Pro plan.
If an error occurs or your plan does not switch to the Enterprise plan, please contact the Murfy support team. We’ll review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
